Hi-Tech Business Systems located in Bay Shore, NY started out almost 30 years ago, in 1981, as a business that was dedicated to servicing all brands of copiers. Within those first ten years we asked to become an authorized dealer for Ricoh Corporation. Now we are recognized as Ricoh's oldest dealer in the New York Metropolitan area.

We are constantly pushing forward and growing. We recently added another location on the East end of Long Island, NY and we are now an authorized dealer for Dell Computers and Hewlett Packard Printers.
